This project was the third ground-up hotel we proudly completed with the general contractor, Premier Construction. The Holiday Inn Hotel is located 16 miles from Denver International Airport and is equipped with 88 guest rooms, on-site guest self-laundry facilities, a fitness center, indoor heated pool and whirlpool, hot breakfast bar and three large meeting rooms for group events. APCO Electric installed a new 2500A electrical service wired all common areas and individual units. Our scope included all electrical systems for the building including: the installation of a complete fire alarm notification system, lighting control system, parking lot lighting, and wiring for phone, data, security cameras and door access controls.
